Russians are the largest group of foreigners in Bulgaria – 21 309 people.
This number was announced to Focus News Agency by Vladimir Kalchev, head of the “Migration, integration and free movement of people” department at the Ministry of labour and social policy.
According to the most recent estimates of “Alyosha” Association russian-speaking property owners, including the members of their families, alone are more than 30 000, Focus News Agency reports.
